I said a prayer for you!

I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU

And know God must have heard. 

I felt the answer in my heart although He spoke no word.

I didn't ask for wealth or fame ( I knew you wouldn't mind)

I asked Him to send treasures of a far more lasting kind!

I asked that He'd be near you at the start of each new day;

to grant you health and blessings and friends to share your way!

I asked for happiness for you in all things great and small. 

But it was for His loving care I prayed for most of all!

I got a very special cross with this prayer on it from a very dear friend for my birthday several years ago, I had no place to hand it back then and over time forgot all about it, today it was represented to me and I love it as much now as I did the day it was given. Thank you sweet Ilona for this most special gift, I felt I needed to share it with all as it says exactly what I would like to pray for my friends:)
