Today's Verse

Thoughts on Today's Verse...
God promised a sifting between the righteous and unrighteous. Jesus repeated the same assurance in his parables. For God's people, however, these are not fearful warnings. Instead, these are words of promise. Those who have wisely honored and lived for God will shine brilliantly for all to see. Those who have led others to live righteously will twinkle like stars in their Father's eyes!
My Prayer...
Loving God, thank you for saving me by your grace and kindness. At the same time, Father, I get frustrated when I see the wicked prosper while your loyal servants are maligned and ridiculed for their character. I'm thankful that you will judge us based on your incredible grace! At the same time, I'm also thankful you will bring justice for those who love you and who are enduring hardship, danger, and ridicule because of their faith. Please be with them, wherever they may be, and give them strength to persevere until that day comes. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

~~A special request for all prayer warriors, please join me in prayer for a man who has battled and won against cancer once and has just found that he is riddled with cancer once again and will begin a stronger regimin of chemo once again. This mans daughter has resigned her job to tend her father and is feeling overwhelmed and that prayer and thought are all she has left. Let us pray for this family as they are going through yet more trials, Father we come to you on bended knees asking for mercy and healing. Touch him with your healing hands father and if it be your will restore him back to a cancer free life. Father bless this daughter for nurturing and carrying for her father, be their strength as they go through the treatments and allow them to feel your love each step of the way. In the name of Jesus our Savior. Amen~~
~~I ask you to lift prayers for a lady age 54 who laid down to nap today and did not awake, this family is surely devastated, please join me in lifting them for comfort and understanding. Father God wrap them in your loving arms and allow them to lean in to you and supply them with their needs until they are strong enough to stand on their own. Asking for blessings and favor in the name of Christ. Amen.
