Prayers, prayers and more prayers needed, will you please come and pray with me?

Good evening and Happy Halloween! I pray that you are having a great evening that lots of goblins and ghouls are ringing your doorbells and there are lots of happy kids around! Yea JR on DWTS, gotta give him kudos...gosh I love his spirit so much!
     This evening I ask that you pray with me for a family dear to my heart, this man has struggled with cancer for a while and has help fast to his faith, he has battled and battled when there seem to be no battle left, God is calling him now and soon he will take his journey home, I ask God to allow all of those who are eagerly waiting for him to stand vigil by his side so that he has no fear, I ask God to allow him a glimpse beyond the veil so that he can see the beauty of his destination, I ask God to allow him to be free from all pain so that his last of times here on earth can be spent in the gentle presence of those who are filled with so much sadness at the thought of him being gone, God fill them with the knowledge that this is not goodbye, only until we meet again, fill them with the knowledge that he will eagerly await them when they are called home and that one day they all will be together in paradise where there is no pain nor suffering, they will all walk the golden path together, hear the joyous choir of angels and live together forever! Bless this family with peace in their minds that your will is being done and another angel will soon wear those beautiful wings, bless them with calm in their bodies that he will not longer suffer nor battle, and bless them with comfort in their hearts that through your great love and sacrifice that he will be in heaven! In the loving name of Jesus Christ I ask these mercies and graces, amen.  I also ask for you to pray with me for all suffering illness, depression, addiction, financial issues and grief, father hold us all in your loving arms and allow us relief and peace. Please pray for my baby having a baby that she and the baby will continue to be healthy and strong! God bless my friend who will soon join into a new stage in her life, the wonderful glorious stage of matrimony, she has been so steadfast in her faith and has waited for you to send to her a mate worthy of her love and her spirit, bless the two of them with a life filled with happiness and joy and in the knowledge that this is her blessing from you for being such a wonderful faith filled daughter of yours. Father be with all of those who are without electricity this night due to the storms back east, keep them warm and filled with faith that you will bring them through this storm, keep our military safe father and bless our country with what is needed to get us back on track.  Please keep blessings my friends who are going through rehab, allow them strength father and allow improvement each week, restore their bodies to 100%. In the name of Christ I ask these blessings for each of us, amen.

I come with sadness in my heart and ask you to stand with me in prayer this eve!

I bow my head humbly tonight, my heart filled with sadness at the news of the helicopter crash that took the lives of 31 of our special forces as well as 8 who have vowed to work along side them for freedom and peace. So many hearts are aching this evening, a child lost, a husband/wife lost, a sibling lost, a dad/ mom lost! My heart just breaks as each loved one, will get the news of their loss! I have my ideas and my opinions of the war but I will not share that on this blog, but I will share that I feel this is senseless loss! I know that God was right there with each of them as they crossed over, I know he was holding them relieving them from the fear that was in them, I know he was standing at attention saluting each one of them as they came through the gates and I know he was much pleased at the choices they made, the sacrifices they gave to protect us. They were not movie stars, nor professional athletes who will make the headlines each time they do anything good or bad, but they were humans with heart, they were ladies and men who love this county and who believed in it! They were humans who gave selflessly to honor our soil and to keep us with the freedoms that we enjoy each day, the were specialist who had faith and gave there all as a shield of protection for us! I stand, tears running down my face, asking our Father in Heaven to allow us, each of us, the knowledge that these special spirits are still protecting us, only from their new home. God be with each of the families as they go through the grief of their loss, hold them tightly and allow them to be much pleased that their soldier died doing what they believed in, and what they stood for. Bless these families with love and compassion and understanding that only you can explain. Love in Christ and God bless the United States, and all of the soldiers that are there on the front lines allowing us to continue life as we know it. May his arms be your shield, may his heart be your peace and may his love keep you going. In the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, amen.
