YOU say.............GOD says!!!!

Good evening and Happy Saturday night! I have to start by giving a shout out to my Houston Texans...woo hoo and congrats on the win of your first ever play off game! I love, love, love it!!! Now I am watching the Saints game and think I might be hoarse at the end of the game! LOL

In prayer tonight I asked God to continue to bless each of you with his love and his kindness, to watch over you and wrap himself around you keeping you free from harm and filled with faith and love. I have been drawn in prayer each day of this new year with the word 'light' I know this is our year to shine as a Christian nation and that he is prompting me that we must let our lights shine... we must be Christlike examples at all times and we must honor him in all that we do. Father order our footsteps and show us the way. I ask that you continue to pray for my friends father who is suffering with his heart, he is better, has rallied but has a very long way to go, let us pray for continued comfort, calm and peace. I ask mercy, grace, love, and blessings for each of us in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

I came across this writing tonight and loved it, I have since printed this out and will reflect on it often, what a wonderful thing the bible is...all of the answers in one place! I love it!! God is good my friends, he is so good all of the time!

This is a handy little chart

God has a positive answer:

When you say...in the Bible, God says

YOU SAY: GOD SAYS: BIBLE SAYS:

You say: ‘I’m too tired’ God says: I will give you rest (Matthew 11:28-30)

You say: ‘Nobody really loves me’ God says: I love you (John 3:1 6 & John 3:34 )

You say: ‘I can’t go on’ God says: My grace is sufficient (II Corinthians 12:9 & Psalm 91:15)

You say: ‘I can’t figure things out’ God says: I will direct your steps (Proverbs 3:5- 6)

You say: ‘I can’t do it’ God says: You can do all things (Philippians 4:13)

You say: ‘I’m not able’ God says: I am able (II Corinthians 9:8)

You say: ‘It’s not worth it’ God says: It will be worth it (Roman 8:28 )

You say: ‘I can’t forgive myself’ God says: I Forgive you (I John 1:9 & Romans 8:1)

You say: ‘I can’t manage’ God says: I will supply all your needs (Philippians 4:19)

You say: ‘I’m afraid’ God says: I have not given you a spirit of fear (II Timothy 1:7)

You say: ‘I’m always worried and frustrated’ God says: Cast all your cares on ME (I Peter 5:7)

You say: ‘I’m not smart enough’ God says: I give you wisdom (I Corinthians 1:30)

You say: ‘I feel all alone’ God says: I will never leave you or forsake you (Hebrews 13:5)

Whenever you feel tempted to say any of the above things, remember this handy little chart and what God says.

And as always, Remember, always, No Matter What, Don’t Lose Faith & Never Give UP!
