Lets give our children a chance....

Happy Thursday evening my friend, I pray your day has been a great one, that you are thrilled that this work week is coming to a rapid end and the weekend is just out of reach. I pray that your day has been filled with grins and giggles and that now you are taking time to rest, relax, and spend some much needed time for YOU and yours.

In prayer this evening I would like to borrow a prayer:

 LORD

I BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN DO ALL THINGS
I BELIEVE THAT I CANNOT UNDERSTAND YOUR WORKINGS, BUT I TRUST THAT IN ALL THINGS THERE IS MEANING AND PURPOSE
I BELIEVE IN YOUR INFINITE COMPASSION AND LOVE
I BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN HEAL THE SICK AND RAISE THE DEAD
I BELIEVE THAT YOU FILL MY HEART WITH YOUR PURPOSE AND THAT I AM UNWORTHY OF THIS GIFT, BUT I ACCEPT IT GLADLY.
I BELIEVE THAT ALTHOUGH MY LOVED ONE SUFFERS NOW, THAT HE WILL SEE THE LIGHT OF YOUR LOVE AND WHEN HE DOES, I BELIEVE THAT YOU WILL HEAL HIM
I ASK FOR HUMILITY
I ASK FOR THE WISDOM TO SERVE YOU IN ALL THINGS
I BELIEVE IN YOU AND I PRAY THAT MY LOVED ONE WILL SOON FEEL YOUR GRACE

AMEN

Let's all read this, absorb it, and allow it to be a part of all we do with our kiddos...they deserve the best us that we can be....

A Child Learns

If a child lives with criticism,
he learns to condemn.
If a child lives with hostility,
he learns to fight.
If a child lives with ridicule,
he learns to be shy.
If a child lives with shame,
he learns to feel guilty.
If a child lives with tolerance,
he learns to be patient.
If a child lives with encouragement,
he learns confidence.
If a child lives with praise,
he learns to appreciate.
If a child lives with fairness,
he learns justice.
If a child lives with security,
he learns to have faith.
If a child lives with approval,
he learns to like himself.
If a child lives with acceptance, and friendship,
he learns to find love in the world.
