Some times the easy way out is in reality the worst thing we could do!!!

Finally it is Friday night, the night that most all of my friends look so forward to as it marks the end of most work weeks. I pray that tonight will be filled with fun and laughter for you, that you are filled with peace and calm and that if you are attending an outing that you will make good choices and always think of your safety!
Today has been a tough day for me, I have been suffering a pretty good kidney problem, being plagued with massive amounts of leg and feet swelling, depleted  potassium levels and even though I supplement I continue to be battered with muscle spasms, this day and last evening the spasms were in my shoulder blade going round to my chest and not pleasant in the least! I ask that you pray for me, that I might be rid of this bothersome infection, that my levels come back to normal so that I can get back on my feet! I thank you in advance for your prayers and I know if it be God's will at this appointed time I will be healed by his grace and mercy!
I came across this story today and thought I would like to share it with you, it touched my heart and was a gentle reminder that we must have struggles, we must have "bad" we must have hurt, for without these things we would not know peace, good and joy! I hope you enjoy and as always would love feedback:)
A man found a cocoon of an emperor moth. He took it home so that he could watch the moth come out of the cocoon. On the day a small opening appeared, he sat and watched the moth for several hours as the moth struggled to force the body through that little hole.
The moth seemed to be stuck and appeared to have stopped making progress. It seemed as if it had gotten as far as it could and it could go no farther. The man, in his kindness, decided to help the moth; so he took a pair of scissors and snipped off the remaining bit of the cocoon. The moth then emerged easily. But its body was swollen and small, its wings wrinkled and shriveled. The man continued to watch the moth because he expected that, at any moment, the wings would enlarge and expand and able to support the body, which would contract in time. Neither happened! In fact, the little moth spent the rest of its life crawling around with a small, swollen body and shriveled wings. It never was able to fly. The man in his kindness and haste did not understand that the struggle required for the moth to get through the tiny opening was necessary to force fluid from the body of the moth into its wings so that it would be ready for flight upon achieving its freedom from the cocoon. Freedom and flight would only come after the struggle. By depriving the moth of a struggle, he deprived the moth of health.
Sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in our life. If we were to go through our life without any obstacles, we would be crippled. We would not be as strong as what we could have been. Give every opportunity a chance, leave no room for regrets, and don't forget the power in the struggle.

As always please go to the comment section and feel free to let us know of any specific prayer requests you have, we stand ready to lift those in need in prayer many times this day! God is love, he is merciful and if we go through our savior Jesus Christ all of our prayers will be answered.
