Good morning and happy Thursday, what a beautiful morning the Lord has made for us! The birds are singing and yes we are once again forecast for rain, I so keep doing the rain dance for all of my friends in areas that are desperate for it...but it keeps coming here! I continue to pray that it will wake up and go where it is more needed, however there is a reason for everything....in God's time your lands will get soaked and once again replenished of all it is in need of! Until that point I will dance and I will pray:)
I came across a wonderful message yesterday and was going to post it but was deterred from doing so, in prayer this morning it came back on my heart and I realized why I never posted it yesterday, it was needed more to be posted this morning!...MYLANTA, God is amazing!!!
THE THINGS THAT GOD WON'T ASK ON THAT DAY
1)...GOD won't ask what kind of car you drove, but how many people you drove who didn't have transportation!
2)...God won't ask the square footage of your house but how many people you welcomed in to your home!
3)...God won't ask about the clothes you had in your closet. He'll ask how many people you helped to clothe!
4)...God won't ask what your highest salary was. He'll ask if you compromised your character to
obtain it!
5)...God won't ask what your job title was. He'll ask if you performed your job to the best of your
ability!
6)...God won't ask how many friends you had. He'll ask how many people to whom you were a friend!
7)...God won't ask in what neighborhood you lived. He'll ask how you treated your neighbors!
8)...God won't ask about the color of your skin. He'll ask about the content of your character!
9)...God won't ask why it took you so long to seek salvation. He'll lovingly take you to your mansion in heaven not to the gates of hell!
10)...God won't ask you how many people you shared this with. He already knows the answer!
Today I pray that when you read these 10 questions that you will think of yourself and answer them honestly, are you falling short of the mark, are your answers going to be pleasing to God? If you are falling short, let today be the first day of the rest of your life....you can clearly see what is important to our Father in heaven....I pray that today there be a situation that is presented to you, that you will think of these 10 questions and you will act according to the wishes of God, you will not believe the wonderful warm blessed feeling you will have in your heart when you are walking the straight path~! God bless each of you and know you are loved and appreciated in my life and in the lives of many!

Here's the latest on Daddy. The meds to correct the heart rate have not worked. Tomorrow morning, the Aggie cardiologist will put Daddy to sleep then scope his lungs for blood clots. If no clots are found he will then stop the heart and use the paddles to, hopefully, reset the heart rhythm. That's all we know today.
Prayer warriors please stand with me in prayer this day, asking our kind and loving Father in Heaven to wrap his loving arms around this family providing them with comfort and calm, to place in his healing hands this heart that is out of rhythm, that it might correct itself and begin to beat as it should. We know the power of your touch Father, we see miracles each day that can only be manifest from you. Please, we ask in the name of Christ that you continue to bless us with the miracle of you that you continue to hear our prayers and that you continue to show us your might and your power. We will do our part father, we will spread your word everywhere we go, using your mercy and grace as our guide! In Jesus' beautiful name, amen!
Dawn, the power of prayer is such an incredible thing! Our Father listens! As I was on the phone with my mother, the nurse came in to check vitals and Daddy's heart rate has dropped 100 points!! It is now at 56. All this in just the few minutes since you added him to your page. I thank you and all your prayer chain for lifting my daddy up in prayer. His name is Ken Beaird and I know he is also greatly appreciative for the loving words. Don't know what this means from the doctor's perspective. They will see him again later in the day. Will keep you posted. Again, thanks for all the support. God bless all of you!!
Kathy, I am reduced to tears in reading your posts, I think that so many doubt prayer and his amazing power. All that need be done is look around and see miracles to validate his strength, mercy and grace. Please do keep us posted, we are expecting a miracle!:)
Another miracle in process, the twins born early are growing and perfect, they will be in NICU for a while so that they can become strong enough to go home, but it is reported they are perfect, just tiny. Praise be to God for holding them and bringing them through the storm, he surely has a wonderful plan for them here on earth and no doubt they will be special blessings to many. Proof that prayer is so very powerful! Please continue to pray for their continued growth and their continued strength, pray for mommy and all of the family that they feel the love and the mercy of God, in Jesus Christ, amen!
