I prayed for you, and you, and you, and you......will you pray for them too?

Well another weekend has come and gone, congrats to all of the high school teams that won their games this weekend! Congrats to the Texans and the Saints my two favorite teams. I pray that this day has been a fruitful one for you and yours, that you took time to share your love with your families and to share your love with our father in heaven.
It has been a very quiet day for me, I have been lazy and actually pampered myself with a nap! I feel guilty when I allow a nap during the day as I feel I could be doing so much more, but today I could hardly keep my eyes open and treated me:)  In prayer tonight I asked God to bless my family and my friends, I asked him to hold those who are feeling lost and alone, who are suffering from the loss of loved ones, who are filled with doubt as to the truth of our Father in heaven and for all of those struggling with health, recovery, and financial problems. I asked God to manifest himself in a way that you would know his truth, that you would feel his love and that you would pray in a calm way not telling him what you want but stowing in his heart your needs, I asked him to bless all branches of our military to keep them safe from harm, to bless our lands with what they need to produce and flourish. I asked him to bless you with answers to questions you hold in your heart and to answer prayers in abundance. He is waiting on you to come to him and ask for his help, do not wait another moment, go and ask him for his help, for his guidance, and for his unconditional love! I love you my friends and pray this new week will be filled with a fresh outlook and with so much love that it spills over from you and touches those who are lacking! God bless you all:)

Special prayers for myself for some health issues

After battling our grandsons fever for two days it reached 104.7 this afternoon. My parents and their preacher prayed for him in the parking lot when they left church at about 7:00pm, he has been fever free since a little after 7:00. Thank you Jesus!

Our kind and loving father in heaven, I come to you "on bended knees" asking for you loving hands to be placed upon this sister in Christ, she is suffering cancer and is in a the throughs of life, please father comfort her at this time, allow her to feel the love of so many and allow her peace and calm as she battles, Father if it be your will allow her to be healed by your hand if it be her time to go home hold her gently and help her to make the transition without fear or regret.Father bless her sweet friend who requested this prayer, father this lady is such a sweet and gentle soul, comfort her with the knowledge that one day they shall be together again when it is her time to go home. I ask these blessings in the sweet name of Jesus Christ, amen!
