Two simple truths: 1) The person who continues to live a life caught up in sin is of the devil. 2) The Son of God came to destroy all that the devil stands for. So, I guess the issue isn't as complex as we sometimes make it, which leads me to a final thought: Who are we going to side with in this heavenly war?My Prayer...
Almighty and victorious King of the Ages, you are the only rightful ruler of my heart. I pledge my allegiance to you. Please help me as I seek to lay aside my struggles with sin and empower me to live for you in unwavering loyalty. In the name of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, I pray. Could you add to your prayer list Mesa Rupert, she has been battling cancer for a few years now, and I just got word that she is in poor health. This young lady has battled battles no one should. I just ask that her name be lifted up, her family, her kids, her friends, and the doctors that are treating her. Thank You Dawn and everyone else that will join in prayer for Mesa.
thank you for the honor of asking me to join in prayer with you! I will take this request to my blog and place it there as wells so that all of the wonderful prayer warriors there can pray with us! Asking our kind and merciful Father in Heaven to bless Mesa Rupert, father hold her in your loving arms as you have all along, but just a little tighter so that she can feel the love that you have for her, allow her to be free from fear as she begins to make this transition into paradise, father I ask that you allow her to know how pleased with her, he is so very pleased at the way she has handled her battle, at how she has clung to her faith above all else, she has been humble and has allowed all to see the light of Christ in her! She soon will be free from the pain and anguish of this terrible disease! Father while Mesa continues to battle place your hand upon her and take her pain, if it be your will lay your great healing powers upon her and wax her healthy and strong, we accept your will father and stand in praise to you!
