Happy Prayer and Fasting Sunday, the first Sunday of the month...take the cost of the first two meals of the day and make it a gift of love. Your gifts are very much appreciated and will go to helping me to get my classes finished so that I can become a minister of the gospel, it will also help in allowing me to continue with my blog and in providing assistance to others that are in need...IF you do not want to make a donation would you fast anyway we are so close to God when our bodies are empty...remember if you must eat to take meds, never, ever, ever skip the meal and always take the meds your body is in need of.

“And when you fast, do not look gloomy like the hypocrites, for they disfigure their faces that their fasting may be seen by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, that your fasting may not be seen by others but by your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
