At the end of the day, will you join me and pray????

Good Thursday evening,
      I pray that this day has been fulfilling for you, that you have faced the adversary head on and allowed God to be your shield against any negative that might have tried to take you positive! It has been a chilly day here, my bones are aching like crazy and my heart is heavy missing my baby girl! I have days such as this when it seems tears flow easily and my heart aches to hold her in my arms and allow her to feel my love. It always seems the closer to time for me to see her the more lonesome I get for her! Soon, very soon I will be there with her and giving her lots of hugs and kisses!
       Tonight I ask that you get "on bended knees" with me and lift prayer for those who are so in need, me included! I am sure each of us is now or has been affected by a person suffering illness, let us ask God together to give them relief this very moment, let their minds drift to a place and time when there was no fear, no sadness, not pain..only love, joy and laughter. So many are suffering depression now, our world is in such disarray, jobs are at an all time low, prices keep soaring and pay stays the same, many are laying in wait wondering if they will be able to make their bills this month, many losing their belongings, many even wondering where their next meal will come from, ask God with me to stop this madness, to overtake the ones who are pressing us down and allow us hope of better times. So many are turning to drugs and alcohol as means of numbing themselves from the problems in their lives, I ask our Father in heaven to allow them to see what they are not only doing to their bodies but also to their loved ones, give them strength father to overcome,  lift their heads high and find what has been lost in their lives. Father for those who are struggling with rehabilitation for body and mind, allow the strength to win the battle, let them stand when they think they cannot and let them move forward with each treatment. Bless our soldiers father, bring each and every one of them home safely and never allow one of them to feel anything but proud for being of such great service to our country. Father for the ones struggling with loss of a loved one, allow the veil to be thin so that they can feel the spirit of the one who has gone home and allow the spirit to comfort them and calm their fears, let the spirit assure them that they are in paradise with you and that they must hold fast to their faith so that they can return when it is their time. Bless my daughter and my unborn grandchild father, provide them with strength and health. Father I have had so many prayer request today for special specific prayer, thank you so very much for allowing me to feel your love. Father I ask you to bless all of those who come to this sight and pray with us, bless all of those who come and read these words that they might find inspiration and know that they are not alone in their quests for inspiration. I love you Father with each and every beat of my heart and I thank you for your unconditional love and for the sacrifice you made so that I might have everlasting life. In the name of Jesus Christ I ask for mercy, peace, calm and comfort, amen.

"Hope is a thing with feathers
That perches in the soul,
And sings the tune without the words,
And never stops at all.
And sweetest in the gale is heard;
And sore must be the storm
That could abash the little bird
That kept so many warm.
I've heard it in the chillest land,
And on the strangest sea;
Yet, never, in extremity
It asked a crumb of me." -- Emily Dickinson (1830 - 1886)
